It's already Wednesday and we're half way through another week.

I can't believe the holiday season is almost here and 2021 will be coming to a close soon.

Maybe it's just me but the older I get the more it seems the years fly by.

Whether it's the years flying by or me hitting 40 years old and having my own host of health issues, I have become even more obsessed with my own MOVEMENT and NUTRITION. (Things I do Have control over)

This muscle gets SUPER tight when we sit more, slump in our chair, attempt to use our upper body to walk, or haven’t been re-trained how to breathe properly.

Knee Circles

October 27th, 2021

One of the reasons I am sitting here writing this email today is because of our supporters.

Without support and people getting tremendous value out of the MS GYM, there is no MS GYM.

Fortunately so many of you advocate and share the MS GYM with your neurologists, friends, family and anyone who will listen.

Check out this post I saw yesterday in one of our Fb groups:

We have thousands of people like Jani who just want to help others because they have had a good experience with us. 

It's no different then wanting to tell others when you see a good movie or show.

Word of mouth has been one of the biggest reasons for our growth and it's WHY we are the largest MS specific online platform.

However, as I mentioned yesterday, we still have many skeptics and even haters.
