Despite what some of you may think about my energy on video ( some people love it others sometime think I talk too loud) it's always coming from a place of passion and it does not always come naturally to me, I have my moments just like everyone else where I feel down and need to find ways to lift my energy.

Besides a great exercise workout, one of my favorite ways to get inspired to create meaningful motivational videos is to listen to music or watch underdog or comeback movies.

Whats Up Gymmers !

It's Monday and I'm getting geared up for my morning workout.

My workout is what gets me going, especially on a Monday morning when I need it most.

But workouts are not enough when it comes to committing to healing.

As you know, I am an MS MOVEMENT SPECIALIST.

Teaching people with neuro-degenerative conditions is my PASSION and all I have done over my 20+ year career.

However, what I have witnessed is that my most SUCCESSFUL GYMMERS not only commit to exercising DAILY; they also commit to DESIGNING a healing lifestyle to support their movement practice.

Now, I know that the concept of adopting a new lifestyle can seem a bit overwhelming and rightly so.

 That is why you must BREAK IT DOWN INTO DOABLE PIECES.

Transformation is a process. Your brain will completely freak out if you try to change too many things in your life too quickly.
