What’s up Gymmers, 

So, I just had a really cool conversation with my wife Misty about what it takes to really make change in your life and it comes down to ONE WORD… AWARENESS. 

I’ll get to what that means, but first you need context. 

Misty has recently found HER love for exercise. 

She has started working out at a place that does a cool workout of 20 minutes spinning (indoor cycling), 20 minutes strength training, and 20 minutes of Yoga. 

She’s crushing it and I’m so proud of her. 

In fact, last weekend she completed 100 miles of cycling over a month. 

 

 

Now you may be thinking, “How can Misty not just ‘naturally’ love exercise? Isn’t that included in the ‘Coach T’ marriage vows?” 

Well, in fact, my bride is one of the HARDEST people for me to motivate.

Awareness month, who cares?

It's Wednesday afternoon and after a busy morning of filming new content for our YouTube channel, I'm taking a break here in Starbucks.

My throat is a bit sore and voice a bit hoarse for all the filming so I'm sipping on a soothing Venti Chai Latte. 

Today I have a lot on my mind so I'm just going to get right into it.

In case you were not aware, this month is MS awareness month.

I have to be honest, I feel like "awareness" is becoming a buzzword used by many pharmaceutical and medical companies to promote their organization, yet they offer no STEP BY STEP solutions to guide people with MS in their healing process. 

Just to be clear, I am all for 'awareness.'

I think people need to understand MS and definitely share more compassion and assistance to people with MS. 

However, if you have MS, you're AWARE THAT YOU HAVE IT every day.

What people with MS REALLY NEED are:
