 Our 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY on December 11th is just TWO DAYS AWAY!

 My past 3 days of teaching BEST PRACTICES to the MS GYM NATION has been SO fun and the comments we’ve been receiving have been so inspiring, fulfilling, and encouraging.

 CONSISTENCY

To counteract your MS symptoms and work around your MS DAMAGE so you can RESTORE strength, balance, endurance, mobility, and clear thinking you MUST MOVE DAILY.

However, that doesn’t REQUIRE “working out” until you’re exhausted.
In fact, I’m TOTALLY against that approach.

  •  How to approach exercise the right way
  • How moving daily TEACHES your brain HOW to slow the progression of MS
  • What one of our most SUCCESSFUL Gymmers did to overcome paralysis
