Rebuild
ReBuild is a movement restoration program specifically designed for you if at least two of the following apply:
- You use a wheelchair or motorized scooter most of your day
- You are either new to exercise or very limited with exercise due to extreme spasticity, weakness, or pain
- You find that exercise often makes your symptoms WORSE
- You have an EDSS score of 7.0 – 8.5
We are going to help you move better, get stronger, restore your energy, and teach your brain that movement is SAFE again.
We will do this by improving:
- Your visual system
-Your vestibular ( balance ) system
- Your brain stem and spinal cord function

MS 30 (Chair Version)
MS 30 CHAIR is a comprehensive joint mobility and body weight training program that is specifically designed for you if:
- You want to improve strength, mobility, and fatigue when using a rollator or moving in a chair
- You require walking aids to work, exercise, and perform activities of daily living
- You experience MS symptoms that fluctuate day to day
- You have an EDSS score of 4.5 – 6.5
This 4-Week training program is an EXCELLENT starting point for learning how to use exercise as MOVEMENT MEDICINE to counteract your neurologic symptoms.
MS 30 is designed to reduce spasticity and stiffness while increasing strength, balance, and endurance.
We will accomplish this by improving the areas of your brain responsible for:

- Vision

MS 30 (Standing Version)
MS 30 STANDING is a full-body strength, balance, mobility, and endurance training program specifically designed for you if:

You want to improve strength, mobility, and fatigue when using walking aids or moving unassisted.

You work, exercise, and perform activities of daily living standing upright with minimal assistance.

You experience MS symptoms that fluctuate based on stress, fatigue, or activity levels.

You have an EDSS score of 3.0 – 4.0
This 4-Week training program is SUPER EFFECTIVE for you if you want to increase muscular strength and balance. The program will also help with walking endurance, and reduce the severity and frequency of any of your neurologic symptoms.
We will accomplish this by improving the areas of your brain responsible for:
- Walking balance and gait correction
- Breathing
- Postural control
- Muscular strength and endurance
- Symptom management

NXT
NXT Level 1 is a medically-based Neuroplastic Cross Training program, specifically designed for you if:
- You can walk with MINIMAL ASSISTANCE and move freely on and the floor, in a chair, and up on your feet
- You want an exercise program that PROTECTS your nervous system and slows down the progression of your condition.
- You are looking for a fitness program DESIGNED FOR MS that doesn't feel like physical therapy.
- You want to learn exercises to reduce your MS symptoms AND that can be incorporated into your current fitness plan.
- You have an EDSS score of 2.5 or less
NXT uses cutting edge applied neuroscience, kinesiology, anatomy, and performance training to improve the function of the KEY BRAIN AREAS needed to counteract your symptoms.
We will accomplish this using:
- Deep core strengthening to restore disrupted movement patterns.
