As you do this stretch, FOCUS ON: - Sitting as tall as possible - Gently pulling abs in – AVOID ARCHING YOUR LOW BACK - Tip your pelvis back as your stretch - Gently squeeze your glutes as your stretch to deepen the stretch - Breathe slow and think about that muscle relaxing
