These free guides are designed for anyone who has a neurodegenerative disease, autoimmune condition or any chronic health issue that has reduced your mobility, strength, balance, and impacted your activities of daily living. Examples include: Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Lyme Disease, Ataxia, Hashimotos, Brain Injury, Stroke, Arthritis and more.

I’ve provided 3 simple and effective resources based on your mobility level.

1)  If you spend most of your time in a wheelchair, I would recommend our free movement guide, CHAIR CORE STRENGTHENING.

2)  If you can stand and move around using a rollator for most of your day, I would recommend using one of our free SYMPTOM BASED EXERCISE GUIDES.

3)  If you have MS or another neurological condition and are still highly mobile (minimal to no use of assistive devices), I recommend checking out our Free HIGH MOBILITY AND NEWLY DIAGNOSED WORKSHOP.

Chair Core Strength
