Walking Strong

Are you struggling with walking?

Are walking difficulties limiting your choices, restricting your activities, and decreasing the quality of your life?

Has a neurological condition like MS, Parkinson’s, Lyme Disease, Stroke, Ataxia, or a brain injury affected your ability to walk?

Are you afraid of walking because you feel unsafe or are scared of falling?

Are you looking for exercises that are specifically designed to help you walk, exercise, and perform your activities of daily life with less fatigue?

If you answered “Yes” to any of the questions above, then I invite you to attend my upcoming MS Gym movement lab called “Walking Strong.”

In this movement lab, you will learn:

1) How your neurological condition has affected your walking.

2) Strategies to counteract common neurological walking patterns.

3) How to use brain-based exercises and lifestyle changes to walk better.

4) Which muscles and areas of your brain you need to train to improve your walking.

5) A highly effective mini-exercise circuit to increase your balance, core strength, mobility, and muscular power to improve walking speed.

The movement strategies presented in this MS Gym movement lab have helped thousands of MS Gym clients improve their walking and restore confidence in their bodies.

FAQ

Meet Trevor Wicken

I am a Movement Neurology Specialist who has devoted my life to helping those with MS and other neurologic patients live their best life possible.

I spent 20 years in a brick and mortar facility honing my skills,  researching the brain, and developing medically based movement programs specifically designed to manage symptoms by re-training the brain to work around damaged nerves.

In 2017, I took my expertise online and my techniques and training methods have now impacted over 80,000 people around the globe.

All of my programs use BRAIN-BASED movement training to SLOW DOWN the progression of MS and other neurologic conditions.
