If your goal or desire is to stand up and do more daily activities on your feet instead of spending most of your day in a chair, this workshop is for you!
Being able to stand is an extremely important movement skill that:
- Increases full body strength
- Reduces pain and stiffness
- Improves spinal health
- Restores balance
- Reduces spasticity
- Boosts energy
The goal of this workshop is to educate you and show you how to train your brain to work towards standing up for longer and moving well with assistance of a wheelie walker (rollator).
This will unlock a whole new level of exercises and daily activities you can do with more freedom and confidence.
