 FREE 3-Day Brain-Based Movement Workshop
Learn a smarter way to train your brain and body to move better—even if you've struggled to improve your strength, balance, mobility, or everyday movement.
September 29 – October 1Â
Join MS Gym founder and neuro movement specialist Trevor Wicken for three powerful sessions that will help you understand what's holding your movement back and introduce you to a more purposeful, brain-based approach to improving the way you move.
If walking, balance, foot drop, spasticity, weakness, fatigue, or coordination have become more challenging, this free workshop will help you understand what may be happening beneath the surface and what you can begin doing differently.

Â
HAS MOVING WITH MS STARTED FEELING HARDER THAN IT SHOULD?
Maybe lifting your foot takes more concentration.
Maybe getting out of a chair requires more effort.
Maybe you've been trying different exercises but aren't seeing the improvements in movement you hoped for.
Or maybe you're doing exercises, stretches, or therapy drills but still wondering:
“Am I actually doing the RIGHT things for my body?”
Movement challenges with MS are rarely as simple as one weak muscle or one tight joint.
Weakness, spasticity, fatigue, altered motor control, and compensation can begin interacting and stacking on top of one another—making movement progressively more inefficient and exhausting.
Your body may start finding different ways to accomplish everyday movements simply because the old way has become more difficult.
But here's the important part:
Not every contributor to difficult movement is necessarily fixed or untouchable.
And understanding what may be holding your movement back can completely change the way you approach exercise.

WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER DURING THIS FREE 3-DAY WORKSHOP
Â
DAY 1 — TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29
Why Does Everything Feel Harder?
The Hidden Layers Behind MS Movement Problems
Why can something as simple as walking across a room suddenly require so much concentration and effort?
Trevor will help you understand how neurological impairment, weakness, spasticity, fatigue, altered motor control, and compensation can begin interacting—and why one movement problem can sometimes create another.
You'll discover why the body develops compensations such as hip hiking, stiffening, shifting toward the stronger side, or changing the way you walk—and why these strategies can make movement increasingly inefficient over time.
Trevor will also introduce his “Neurological Threat Bucket” and show you why factors such as sleep, stress, heat, pain, fear, and physical exhaustion can influence how your nervous system feels and functions.
You'll leave Day 1 looking at your movement challenges through an entirely different lens.
 DAY 2  WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30
Â
You're Trying—So Why Isn't Movement Getting Easier?
You know movement and exercise are important.
Maybe you've tried physical therapy. Maybe you exercise when you can. Maybe you've experimented with stretching, strengthening, balance exercises, or different routines on your own.
Or maybe you're simply struggling to figure out where to start and what your body actually needs.Â
Yet despite your efforts, you may still be dealing with walking difficulties, balance problems, foot drop, stiffness, weakness, fatigue, or poor coordination.
On Day 2, Trevor will reveal an important distinction:
Exercising your body and retraining neurological movement aren't always the same thing.
You'll discover the simple neurological framework of:
INPUT → INTEGRATION → OUTPUT
Trevor will show you why movement begins long before a muscle contracts—and how your visual, vestibular, and sensory systems provide information your brain must interpret before it can organize effective movement.
You'll begin to understand why simply doing more exercise isn't always the answer—and why a different approach to training may be needed to improve the way you move.
You'll leave Day 2 with a better understanding of what may have been missing—and why training smarter can matter just as much as trying harder.
 DAY 3  THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1
Â
How to Build a Body That Moves Better
Stop Guessing What Your Body Needs
Now we put everything together.
Trevor will introduce you to the brain-based movement framework he has used to help thousands of people living with MS and other neurological conditions, both in person and through online training—and show you how this approach goes beyond simply getting stronger to focus on helping your nervous system produce better movement.
You'll get an inside look at the proprietary R.I.S.E. Method and discover how purposeful movement training can bring together sensory input, mobility, stability, strength, balance, and neurological training.
Most importantly, Trevor will show you how these pieces can ultimately be directed toward the things that actually matter in your everyday life:
Walking with greater confidence.Â
Getting out of a chair more effectively.Â
Navigating stairs.Â
Improving balance.Â
Lifting your foot more effectively during gait.Â
Moving with less unnecessary compensation.Â
Building strength and endurance.Â
Maintaining as much independence as possible.Â
Because the goal isn't simply to become better at exercise.
The goal is to use exercise to help you become better at living your life.
