WORKOUT 1

Workout 1: Seated Mobility & Strength (Chair-Based)
 

This workout is designed for individuals who spend most of their day in a chair or wheelchair. You’ll work on improving circulation, posture, strength, and mobility through guided seated movements that help wake up the nervous system and keep your body active.

 

 

WORKOUT 2 

 

Supported Standing & Walking

This workout is ideal for people who can stand or walk some on their own but rely on assistive devices such as a walker, cane, or support for balance most or all of the time. This exercise session focuses on improving stability, leg strength, coordination, and confidence with standing and walking.

 

WORKOUT 3 

 

Full Mobility Strength & Balance

This workout is designed for individuals who are fully mobile or only use minimal assistance. You’ll work on building strength, balance, coordination, and gait mechanics through more dynamic neuro-based exercises that challenge the body and brain.

Our exercise library includes everything from gentle movements you can do in bed, to more advanced workouts for people who are highly mobile and don’t rely on assistive devices.
