**This is a TWO DAY/ TWO PART Workshop (4 Hours Total)
MOBILITY LEVEL REQUIREMENT: You can walk unassisted for a minimum of 2-3 minutes, are able to walk / jog for a mile straight or more, or fall anywhere in between these two levels.

Mobility Level
- You work, exercise, and perform activities of daily living standing upright with minimal assistance (usually on "bad days").
- You want to improve strength, mobility, and fatigue when using walking aids or moving unassisted.
- You experience MS symptoms that fluctuate based on stress, fatigue, or activity levels.
Description of Workshop
If you are a high-mobility Gymmer who can move unassisted and wants more strength, balance, and less fatigue, you must improve the function of your KINETIC CHAINS.
These chains are groups of muscle, fascia, bones, joints, and nerves that work together to create movement. Training these chains will improve the way you walk, exercise, and move throughout your day.
In this INTERACTIVE (get ready to move 😎😎)workshop, we will dive into understanding, learning, and practicing the MOST CUTTING-EDGE Movement Neurology training.
This type of training is being used on the world’s highest-level athletes. I am the only practitioner who has taken these performance training methods in order to help my MS Gymmers.
