In this movement lab, I will be showing you:

1. How to turn on the BALANCE CENTERS in your brain so you can sit upright.

3. How to increase CORE STRENGTH so you can sit up for longer.

4. How to perform highly effective CARDIO exercise while seated.

Standing Strong

This is for people who:


- Can stand for 1-2 minutes and can walk 10 steps or more
- Use a walker to move inside and outside of their house for most of their daily life.
- May experience foot drop, leg weakness or balance problems
- Are wanting to improve walking strength, balance, and endurance 


In this movement lab, I will be showing you:

1. How to improve FOOT & ANKLE strength and mobility.

2. How to improve your BALANCE and prevent falling. 

3. How to boost LEG STRENGTH in a matter of weeks.

Moving Strong

 - Walk with minimal help from trekking poles or walk unassisted in all areas of their life.
- Seek exercises to slow disease progression and protect their nervous system.

My name is Trevor Wicken and I am a Movement Neurology Specialist who has devoted my life to helping those with MS and various neurologic conditions live their best life possible.

I spent 20 years in a brick and mortar facility honing my skills,  researching the brain, and developing medically based movement programs designed to manage neurological symptoms by re-training the brain to work around damaged nerves.

In 2017, I took my expertise online and my techniques and training methods have now impacted over 100,000 people around the globe.
