Neurologic Foot Drop can result from two different things.

1. Spasticity in the muscles of your lower leg 

2. Weakness in the muscles of your lower leg

In this MS Gym Movement Lab, we will show you an effective exercise method that will counteract both types of foot drop causes and reduce your symptoms. 

We will cover three powerful exercises proven to reduce spasticity in your legs and feet, improve the muscular strength of your dorsiflexors, and improve the connection between your brain and your feet so you can finally get relief.  

Once you learn these drills and start to practice them often, you will notice a reduction in the frequency, intensity, and duration of your foot drop symptoms. This will allow you to move with greater ease, exercise with more confidence, and live your life with more freedom.
