Individual Coaching Sessions

I am super excited to have the opportunity to sit with you, have you share with me your biggest challenges, and then together design a game plan for your brain and body.

 My goal for our virtual neuro-centric movement session is to figure out which drills, exercises, and programs will best help you counteract your symptoms, move better, feel better, and live your life with more freedom and confidence.

Here is what our three part session will include:

1) We will start out exploring your history, current lifestyle, and future goals, wants, and desires. My objective is to really nail down WHY you want to improve and HOW you want to improve the quality and enjoyment of your life so we can work toward that vision.

 

2) Next, I will have you complete a series of movement assessments, based on your mobility level, that will help me see how your brain is functioning, where your movement maps have been disrupted, what movement patterns can be restored soonest, and which parts of your nervous system we need to target to get you optimal results from your MS Gym programming.

 

3) Finally, we will devise a strategic movement prescription that will be customized to your brain and body so you can get the highest payoff from the time, focus, and efforts invested in your movement training.
