This program is created for two groups of people:
1. People who have been living with MS / neurological condition for a while and still have high mobility. For example:  during exercise, activities of daily living, or errands outside the house, you only require trekking poles or a light-weight cane for occasional balance checks (or you can walk unassisted and never require assisted devices).

2. People who are newly diagnosed with a neurological condition, have noticeable symptoms, AND still have high mobility (SEE #1 ABOVE- minimal or no assistance with walking or activities of daily living). 

NXT will be brand new and will be focused on improving Neuro Performance: optimizing functional strength & mobility, neurological endurance, and daily energy to preserve function and slow down symptom presentation and/or progression. 

Our current MS Gym membership is focused on Neuro Rehab: reducing symptoms, improving joint movement, increasing fundamental muscular strength, eliminating poor movement patterns, and creating consistent exercise habits. 

NXT was my first online Neuro Performance program.

It was version one; a stand alone program created to test if highly-mobile neuro patients would use it... people have loved it so far! 

This new program will be  a new model of MS Gym programming giving you more freedom and choice in creating a brain-based movement program customized to meet your needs. 

If during exercise, activities of daily living, or errands outside the house, you only require trekking poles or a light cane for occasional balance checks, or walk unassisted you would be an ideal participant for this  program.
